Scott and Kirk are childhood friends who met back in the 8th grade. Scott and Kirk formed the company to bring the same level of service, friendship and complete trust that they have experienced personally for 35 years to their clients to provide an unparalleled experience in the design and construction of  luxury custom homes. Kirk's passion as a builder is to use his technical expertise from Texas A&M and 25 years of building experience to construct the finest possible home from the foundation to the smallest detail. He works diligently to ensure the construction of all Faulkner Perrin Custom Homes exceed your expectations for quality of work. With his proven leadership abilities, Scott's passion is to bring the vision of the architect, designers and builder into a finished product that creates a feeling of great accomplishment and satisfaction for all parties. Nothing is more important than achieving this goal on every home they build. From new builds to complete remodels, Faulkner Perrin strives to deliver unique design and superior craftmanship to every home.

Scott is a founding partner in the company and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.

Scott has a broad business background with executive management experience in software development support, consumer packaged goods, commercial insurance and he has managed multiple start-up companies in Dallas. Scott's undergraduate degree is from Baylor University. He also obtained his MBA (Masters of Business Administration) locally at SMU.

Kirk is a founding partner in the company and serves as the President of Faulkner Perrin Custom Homes. 

Kirk has over 30 years experience in the home building industry, holding high level positions at several major homebuilders in the DFW area as well as building custom homes on his own since 2004.  Kirk has an undergraduate degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
